"For the Proud Grandparents"

Good Morning dear Blog friends, thank you for calling in today great to have you visit and leave your comments.
Have you seen the number of followers..........I can hardly believe it, it will soon hit that 40.  I do have a little  gift to give away but it is just little........................
Hazel I am thinking about you!! this is the last part of your long haul.  My regular visitors from when I started my Blog know my sister/best friend Hazel has had a tough past 6 months to say the least. Today she goes into hospital for her Radio Therapy.  It is to be done over the next three days, downside is Hazel will be isolated and hooked up and in bed for 12 to 16 hours with no visitors.  So far during her Chemo treatments the staff have been absolute treasures.  I am sure they will be the same for this part and will keep her going with all the chat and banter.  Hazel has read my Blog every day from my first post, although she never comments on here she does text or chat to me about my cards.

My card today is one from my Stock Box.  I have a few variations on this card, some with ribbon threaded down the side where the punched holes are, also in pink, blue and pale yellow  This is a staple and great for that last minute call I get when a new baby arrives.  I do it in pale yellow for people to buy before they actually know what sex the baby is, but most really like to wait till they know what colour they want.

Base card 5 x 7 approx
Punched borders using a Martha Stewart Punch
Backing paper and image from the very first crating CD I ever bought
"Craftyjack`s Backgrounds and More"
Little swing tags printed on the computer, matted on silver mirri and matching card
These are attached to the card with silver Jump Rings

I have sold and used myself so many variations of this card.  I do try not to ever make two cards the same but there is a limit to this one.....................!!!

That`s it for today
Hope you all have a great day
Thank you for popping by I really do appreciate it

  5. Marvellous card and a very useful one. The image is so sweet and I love the backing paper. Hope your sister keeps well and give her my very Best Wishes. My sister had a breast removed and had all the Chemo/Radio therapy 10 years ago and then had the reconstruction done and she is brilliant. She is a nurse here in the Cancer Centre and she is so well and hardworking that we sometimes forget what she has been through.
