"You are special"

Hello Blog friends, another busy day here once again.  Woke up the sun was shining another beautiful day had dawned, really cold but I can cope with that if the sun is shining.
Pendant orders all up to date, posted the ones that the cheques had arrived for.  Waiting for an order of beads and hope to get some more while I am away.
Thank you so much for taking time to call in today I really love having you here.  Your comments make my day I love reading them.  I think I have managed to keep up with my Blog visits.  If I  have missed anyone over the past week I do apologise, I will catch up soon.
You are all very special...................................just so you know!!!!
Without your company, stories, and all the inspiration this Blogging thing would not be so much fun.

I will leave this card here for a few days while I am off on my trip down to Harrogate.  When we saw the snow the other day we though we might have to cancel.  I will put a couple of fleece blankets in the car just to be on the safe side.  I will be back Sunday evening when hopefully I will catch up with you all.
Today`s card is one I did some time ago but I thought it was quite appropriate.

Paper from a NitWit collection.
I have inked, distressed and stitched round the edges
A doily Die I think it is a Cheery Lynn one
Tag cut and embossed using SB Paisley Folder

"Silver Wedding Wishes"

Hello there Blog Friends, hope you are all managing to keep warm.  Blooming freezing here that`s for sure.  My thoughts go to anyone who gets trapped in these freezing conditions.  We were hoping to get down to Harrogate on Thursday, will have to follow the weather reports before we decide to take off.    Plenty of Fleece Blankets in the car I think.
Thank you for taking time to pop in to have a look at what I have been up to.
Still rather busy here with Pendant Orders.  Every time my iPad "Pings" John says "Oh! Patricia another order has just pinged in"!!!!   It`s a real Feel Good Busy I have to admit.  Only problem is getting the beads, I am waiting for a big order coming.  Just hope they are as nice as they look on the computer screen.

I am also helping Elaine get Craft Workshops/Seminars set up in the space she has across the courtyard from her Tearoom.  I have said will do a couple of Card Making classes to get her started.  I really do not want to do it all the time.  Been there, Done that, and not in any hurry to go there again.  It is a wonderful space ideal for any kind of Workshop.  Elaine just wants to try and cover the rent she has to pay on the space.   The Tearoom did far more than they expected in it`s first week.  They are all over the moon with people`s comments and also how some have come back.  It has a great atmosphere, Elaine and her daughter are just great at running it.  They even had me on washing dishes yesterday they were so busy.  Managed to sell quite a few pieces out of my cabinet during the week which I am real happy about.

Today`s card is another for Hazel, it is for someone she meets at the school where the girls go.   This person had told Hazel it was her Silver Wedding, she said it would not really be celebrated.  So Hazel being Hazel said you cant let an occasion like that go by without some acknowledgement.

Base card created using SB Timeless Rectangles
Silver mirri card embossed using dotty folder
Rose SB Blossom Five using paper scraps
Leaves Mirri card using a Crealie Die
Computer generated sentiment cut using a tag Die attached with a couple of Jump Rings

That`s it for today
Thank you for calling by I really appreciate it
For all you who are suffering these terrible snow storms
Keep Warm and Keep on Crafting.............it is the best way, to pass the day

"Mother`s Day Card"

Hello Blog friends, welcome to my wee corner of Blogland.
Well!! back to winter again, ankle deep in the white stuff here once more.   Oh! Man! it was so, so cold.    Was coming back from Perth about lunch time today, the sun was shining the hills are thick with snow, it was a stunningly beautiful sight.
Thank you so much for popping in today, I love to have you come and visit.  I often wish these visits were for real so that we could just sit, have a cuppa and a good old chat.
Never mind Hazel, Wilma (Scottish Crafter) and I are meeting to go up to Inverness on the 23rd March to meet Kate (Cullisocks) Hazel and I are rather excited.   I am sure Wilma is as well, we communicate with Wilma via e-mail, of course that is a little different from actually chatting

Hazel and I lost our Mum to Cancer when we were 22 and 19 so no one to send a Mother`s Day card to.  However I did make and enter this one into a competition so thought I would show it.
