"More Tilda Scraps"

Hello Blog friends, hope you are all enjoying the wonderful weather we are getting here in the North East of Scotland   The sun is shining, the sky is clear blue, no wind, it is absolutely freezing cold but we can cope with that.     Even been for a very long walk.  I walked the 3 miles into the nearest village, popped into the cafe there.   I know the couple who own it, used their loo.  I told them I was not staying for a cuppa as I was walking and would not make it home if I had anything to drink!!!!!!!   We live out in the wilds, plenty fields with high hedges.................BUT in the winter no foliage on them.  When walking I wear a bright purple jacket, cerise pink hat & scarf.  Now I tell you there is no way you could possibly miss me if I was crouched down behind a hedge.  So that`s why I did not have the cup of tea..............LOL
Thank you so much for calling by today, I hope you like what you see and call back again sometime soon.
Can you believe it I have 2 new Followers.....................Marisa Job http://marisadesigns.blogspot.co.uk/ and Mary H  http://carolinacardsbymaryh.blogspot.co.uk/ thank you so much for choosing to follow me ladies.   I feel very priviliged to have you join me, please call back again soon.
I have been missing for a couple of days, that "life" thing got in the way again what a right pain it is. Housework, ironing, making up kits for the card classes on Tuesday all things that take up time.  Anyway I am back with a card using up other scraps of Tilda paper/card.

I had a little bundle of bits and pieces of white card, decided to use them up rather than put them away in the Bit Box.  Some were pure white, others a more creamy white.  I have used them as alternate layers just to use them up.  There was also a piece I had embossed and not used, plus some scraps of Tilda Paper/Card

That`s it for today
Thank you so much for your visit and all your lovely comments I really appreciate them
Till next time

  9. So enjoyed reading about the area where you live...have always wanted to visit Scotland. Your village sounds like those I see on European tv series & they always look so lovely & intriguing. Glad you have the sunshine to offset the cold. We are getting dreary rain in South Carolina, USA! Loved all the layering on your card, and the 2 shades of white were delicious together. Loved the lacey dies you used and the pretty pink flowers. Liked how you highlighted leaves with just that touch of pink shading. Gorgeous. TFS & becoming a new follower. Hugs & stay warm.

  10. Hi Patricia
Glad you didn't drop your trolleys behind the hedge. Would've been a bit nippy around the trossachs shall we say hahaha!
You card is super doopah, splendiferous. A real beauty. So much so, that I showed Mr Duck and instead of his usual grunt, he said and I quote "b***dy h**l, that's good" . . . . .trust me, that's high praise in the Duck Shed.
    Have a great weekend.

  21. Morning Patricia, I have been having a laugh reading your Blog this morning, I got a mental picture in my head of you crouching behind a hedge hahaha, I'll bet your friend at the Café had a laugh too. Our weather was still rain, rain, rain, yesterday but this morning it is a very, very thick frost, and there is also a red sky, not good, but at least it may kill off the bugs and virus's around at the moment.
Your card is fabulous, the papers are gorgeous, the flowers, foliage and embossing are stunning.
Have a lovely day, I'm suffering with a head cold at present, so not going to Church this morning, that would be asking for trouble haha.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
