"Going with the Flow"

Hello Blog friends, how are you all??  I hope you are all well,  if not here are a few hugs, to help.
I am really frightened at the speed the days and weeks are flying by.  I have been rather busy to the extent that the only time I seem to get my bottom on a chair is to eat my meals.  Oh! the other time is wizzing to  and from the shops to stock up on food.  You can probably guess by that remark the boys have been here a fair bit.  They pop in if they are along our direction, send their parents off then forget to home or should I say don`t want to go home.  They stayed over on Tuesday night, we had an adventure day out yesterday (Wednesday) great fun had by all.  Biggest laugh was at Granny "trying" to get round the Crazy Golf.  Their dad came for them just after tea time ...... tell you what I was in bed and sleeping by 10pm last night.  However no chance of that tonight Elaine is coming she never leaves for home before "midnight"
Every one seems to be making these "Card in a Box" so needless to say I had to have a go.  I really do not do measuring so just did my own folding and cutting.  I had done one when Robert spotted it so we had to have a go at one together.  We did them using A5 I then did a couple using A4.  Here is what we have up too:-

My one using Die Cut flowers from Craftwork Cards  and A4 card

Second one using my own Die Cuts and A4 card

Roberts one using Craftwork Cards Die Cuts and A5 Card which he folded and scored himself

Roberts latest colouring project
Thomas decided he would rather bake, he made muffins or large (Fairy Cakes as we called them)
Most of them were eaten before I thought about photographing them.

That`s it for today thank you so much for popping by I really appreciate it and all your lovely comments
Till next time
Hugs

  2. I keep seeing these cards in a box and they look so fiddly to make, but here you have a whole passel of them and it hasn't been 3 weeks since your last post so I guess they aren't that difficult. Both yours and Robert's all looking good!

  34. Hi Patricia in answer to your question I do use the computer to do most of my sentiments, it's great as I can personalise every card if need be. Takes a bit of getting used to and lining up but then I make up a template and you're good to go. I use Corel draw 11 but there are other programs available. It was one I used in the Navy so know my way around it better...just!
Hope you had a great Easter.

    Hugs Erika.
