"Oldie on a Friday"

Hello Blog friends and all who pop into my wee corner of Blogland.
You are all very welcome, I love having you here.  If you have time please leave a comment.  That way if you have a Blog I can look in to see what you get up to.  A big welcome to Janie Printz for becoming my latest follower, thank you for choosing to do that.  I hope to see you here again soon.
The title today is not about me.....................!!!  Erika at Snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk put up a post with that title which I thought was a great idea.  Most of us I am sure have cards, stamps, bits & bobs that have not seen the light of day for years.  We hang onto them "just in case"..........in case of what???  How about on a Friday we show what we have or what we have done with some of our "old" stuff.
Here is my "Oldie for Friday":-

Base card approx 7 x 9
An old Anna Griffen 12x12 paper, brown card stock
A Sugar Nellie Digital image I downloaded years ago along with quite a few others.  I coloured the image with Copics
Flowers from WOC I have had some of these for years.   Brown ribbon from my stash

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I really appreciate it
Hope you all enjoy this wonderful weather over the weekend........don`t forget the suncream!!!
Till next time
Hugs

Patricia xxx

  10. Good evening Big Sis, I thought Erika "oldie Friday" was a good thing, but seeing I have only just got started on the card making I will have to pass on this one. I think it will be good to use up things that have not seen the light of day for ages. Always loved that little girl image, beautifully colour as always. Hazel xx

  18. Hi Patricia, I've just joined your Blog, I love this Card I have this image in Stamp form, I love how you have coloured using Copic my favourite Pens I only use them I'm not as good as yourself but I've been to a couple of classes with Bev Rochester and Jacquie Dennis pre: Lili Of The Valley and they helped I still refer back to tips and techniques I gained from them, when you colour with them do you ever put what pens you've used on your blog. Hugs from Sam

  24. Beautiful card Patricia. Such a lovely image and great colouring. A couple of weeks ago I had a clear out and gave away all my old die cuts, printed images and unused cardstock and papers that I no longer wanted to two ladies who make cards for charity - all the left over snippets went into the bin. I no longer feel guilty about having all the bits and pieces and not using them.

  25. Hi Patricia and thank you for joining me on sharing an oldie!
Love you card. I think the Adorable range are my favourite SN stamps.....just so easy to colour.
Great subtle colour combo and fab flowers as always.

Hope you are having a super weekend?

    Hugs Erika. X

  27. Hi Patricia, I love your card today (as always haha), I love the Anna Griffin paper (I have loads and loads of her papers but I can't cut into them haha), I love the sweet image, she is gorgeous, loving the colours. I love it all !!
I have been gardening all afternoon, after a morning of food shopping, my back is now complaining bitterly, but the garden looks gorgeous haha. Graham did all the sweeping up for me, as that kills my back too.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  28. Gorgeous card Patricia. That image is just lovely, really pretty. I have loads of WOC flowers and most of them haven't seen the light of day for ages. My cards are so CAS now I rarely add much unless I'm making a card for someone who likes something elaborate. I still love to see elaborate cards though.

    Have a lovely weekend.
