"I am not lost"

Hello Blog friends, faithful followers and passers by.  Thank you so much for continuing to support me, I have been a really bad Blogger.  I have tried to get round you all, if I have missed anyone I do apologise.
I am not lost, but I tell you this, my Mojo missed the flight home from Florida and I am really missing it........!!!  Since getting home I have done absolutely NO Papercrafting.  I have not been lazy I have been doing some Crocheting.   A few weeks ago I showed you a shawl I had made.  I used cheaper yarn as I had never done anything like that before.   Since then I have bought some Debbie Bliss Wool from Love Knitting.com a fantastic company.  Order before 10am and I have it delivered here "out in the sticks" by the following day.  Comes in a lovely Organza Bag and even a few little sweets thrown in for good measure.   I have decided that most of my female friends will get one of these for Christmas.

Here is the one I have just finished.  Needs to pressed then its ready to be put away for Christmas.
Dont know who it is for just yet.

Went tthe Hobbycraft Show at the SECC on Friday with some of the ladies from my Card Class.
They had got me a ticket and a seat on the bus even though I was away when it was all decided.  I thought that was really nice of them.
I was rather dissapointed in the show, bought very little.    I did get a couple of 12x12 Paper Pads for Hazel, large Cosmic Simmer Glues for me.   Kate (Culloisocks) Hazel and I are going to the NEC in a couple of weeks.  We have limited baggage, getting these for Hazel saves her weight for all the other goodies she might want to buy.    The Glues for me, are more than 100mm so would not have got them in my Cabin Bag.
Off to check if my Mojo is back, I really doubt it......LOL!!!
That`s it for today,
Thank you so much for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time
Hugs

  2. Beautiful shawl Patricia. Looks so nice and cosy too. Like Carol, I gave the show amiss this time too as I prefer the March one. Quite honestly though you can get lots of items cheaper online. Not getting much time to blog at the moment. Enjoy your Day. Hugs Rita xxx

  10. Patricia, the shawl is so lacey & delicate & just so lovely. Someone is going to get a special gift with this pretty item. I hear you about the MoJo missing the flight. Sometimes we just have to be in the right mood. You may not be paper crafting, but you're still accomplishing something beautiful. Good for you! So happy for you ladies that you have such a special show to enjoy as a craft group. Have tremendous fun, and tell us all about it! TFS & Happy Sunday.

  14. Hi Patricia
You are quite obviously a multi mojo gal and the the crochet one has popped to the surface.
Your shawl looks stunning, the pattern so intricate. Sounds like the crochet mojo is in residence for a while if you have a few of these to do for Christmas.
What a lovely gesture from the ladies to treat you to your crafty trip. Hopefully, you will have more to choose from at the NEC. . . . . . Can't wait now!
    Best wishes.

    what a fab crochet shawl.
    So perfect for gifts too.
Such a pity about your mojo still thinking it's on holiday.
This is what happens sometimes when you haven't been crafting for a short while.
I do hope he soon realizes his holiday is over. lol.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  23. Hi Patricia
Thanks to you and Hazel I have made some super gift wallets the ones you did a tutorial for in 2012. Just thought you may like to have a look on www.papermilldirect.co.uk they have a lovely little tutorial for a wallet that holds a box of tic tac or as they call it snowman poop! Even if you just make some for your grandsons.

  25. Hi Patricia, I have been a bad blogger too not getting round to people, just don't know where the time goes but I find I cannot do it everyday now as it takes 2 hours to comment on everyone's blog lol! This is why I have no time for crafting so I am having to cut back on the blog talk sadly. However I still look at what people have done and your shawl is gorgeous, love the delicate pattern, lucky Ladies who receive one of these.

Enjoy your time at the NEC, I remember last year saying I was going to go this year and still have not got round to it lol! Maybe next year!!!

You take care and your mojo is definitely there no doubt about it.

    Love & Hugs
