Christmas Card

Hello Blog friends, followers and passers by.  Thank you so much for stopping to see what I have been up to, I love having you here.  I like to get back to you and see what you have been doing although a few of you do not have live Blogs ......why not???  It is great fun although it does take up some of your free time.  Not a problem normally but just now time seems to be flashing by rather quickly.
I have Thomas here all day Robert is off as Team Goalie at a big Football Tournament in Dundee. Everyone except mum, who is working, will be here for dinner this evening.   The boys have also asked for a sleepover.   They are off school tomorrow for St Andrews day  .. the Patron Saint of Scotland.  We don`t have them quite so often so we are looking forward to that.
Right here are a couple of cards I made during the week:-

A Bauble card:-
I had a red circle of card lying and thought it looked like a bauble.
The little deer a Die Cut image from a Tilda Paper Stack
Backing paper from a First Addition paper stack
SB Grand Fancy Circle Dies
SB Poinsettia
Ribbon from my stash

Another made from bits
The music backing paper is the waste from cutting the circle for the card above
Scraps of Gold card for the SB Bauble
SB Grand Dies for the frame cut from card bought at  The Papeterie in Aberdeen.
Stamp bought in the States when on holiday last month .. no name
Ribbon from my stash

John and Thomas off on an Adventure Walk so getting time to do this.

That`s it for today
Off to get things done for the meal tonight
Thank you so much for your visit I really appreciate you calling in
Till next time

Hugs

Patricia  xx

Firstly, congrats on your Sue win. Bet you're as chuffed as Mrs Chuff who lives in Chuffsville!
Both cards are crackers (running with the Christmas theme) but I love the bauble in particular.

  18. Wow! 2 stunners on this post. I really like #1 with the deer, which looks very dimensional against that music background. How clever to use that circle cutout as the background on #2, with that glamorous golden ornament in the frame. Now that is just brilliant, and each card is unique in its design. Enjoy your grands. TFS & Hugs.
