Thank you for visiting and for all your comments on what I have been doing. I love to have you here, you keep me inspired. I love looking in on all your Blogs, seeing what you get up to. There are always so many great ideas out there. Talking about that have any of you had a look at this Blog:- drakesfieldcards.blogspot.com. Hazel pointed me in it`s direction when I was with her on Friday. Tina makes some stunning cards. Oh! My! Word! you should also have a look at the pictures of her daughters wedding. The bouquet is stunning made of Brooches and paper flowers. There is a curtain of Origami Cranes as well as pictures of a beautiful bride. If you get time, please leave her a comment. I noticed that on all her wonderful Posts there are no comments, she truly deserves some. I know you all like to encourage others, I am not pushing, I do not know this person but liked what she had posted.
New arrivals:- NO!!! not babies, my new Dies.......!!! Postie delivered them Saturday lunch time. Quickly finished lunch tidied everything and got the package open. Lots of new Sue Wilson Dies from Iconuk.co.uk great prices, great service and free P&P. They had just received there "back in stock" order, on Wednesday so I ordered what I had on my "wish list" Later in the evening I decided to be naughty and have another one....just one more....too late it had sold out. How quick was that??? obviously they did not order enough. Just as well really I had spent my Crafty Budget.
Here is one of the cards I made, not for anything in particular, I just enjoyed playing.
Base Card Lidl Card Stock cut to 5 x 7 approx
Cream Card Stock from the same place
Sue Wilson Background Die from the Italian Collection I dusted over this with TH Peacock Feathers Ink to take the flatness of the cream card stock away
Faux Quilled Leaves from Finishing Touches plus some Gold Tulle, a Die cut "bit" found in my box and a Pearl. Stamped sentiment matted onto scraps
Oh! My! Word! all Sue`s Dies cut a treat and no waxed paper required. I already have some of Sue`s Dies that cut really well. I thought the Background ones might be harder to release .... no they are great. Even the bits are easy to tap out of the Die
That`s it for today
Thank you so much for popping by I really appreciate it
Till next time
