2 more from the Bit Box

Hello Blog friends, followers and casual visitors.  Welcome to my corner of Blogland, hope you are  all well and enjoying the start of another weekend.  Mind you who stole the past week...........!!!
Thank you for all your lovely comments on my "shoe" inspired card.
I have another 2 cards to show you using bits from my "Bit Box".  I don`t keep lots of bits so the box looks quite neat.  I also have another box I keep unused Dies Cuts, their negative bits and some embossed pieces of card.
I also have a bag that I put lots in for the school.

Card No 1:-

Card No2
 Bit Box
 Bits for the cards

Both cards are cut from left over PMD Hammered Card and are 5 x 5
SB Classic Heart Die to cut the aperture
MB Die (I think it is called Tumbling or Trailing Vine)
I cut the Vine out 4 or 5 times, cut it up to fit behind the heart
I feel it give a "lazer cut" effect
SB Dies (2 in the set) for the sentiments
Just noticed the pink card is not in the shot of the Bits, it was in the box though

That`s it for today
Thank you for calling by, I really appreciate it
Till next time
Hugs
Patricia xxx

  5. Morning Patricia. WOW. Beautiful cards. How come your bit box is so neat ? Do any of you keep the bits of card you have used to die cut from ? I even keep the tiny corners thinking I'll get two leaves from that ! Honestly ladies, I have two polythene meds bags with all colour's and size of card, the box my daughters wedding bouquet under my paper cutter to catch the card Ive cut, another bag with card in with gaps in where Ive cut the camelia die or daisy dies, the 'left over' frames from when Ive cut dies, byt when I think about 'thinning' out I feel guilty and think as soon as the paper recycle bin has been taken I'll need that bit of card for a few leaves !!! Oh help... Im over loaded with BITS !
I really do think these two cards are so very petty Patricia. Look forward to your next entry.
    Stay warm and safe.

  8. Big sis, I love your two cards they are fabulous and so pretty. You know me I love making cards from my bit box.
Steph, I think I would emboss first then cut but I might be wrong. And I to keep different sized bits of card thinking I can get something cut out of them. Little 3x3 or 4x4 cards make good thank you cards.

  16. Hi Patricia, My !!!! I am so very impressed with how organised your bit box is, I wish you could see mine, it is overflowing with all differing shapes and sizes and colours, that's probably why I never seem to go in there and end up using another piece of card haha. I will have to be more organised,, like you, and use up my bits.
Your two cards are really pretty, gorgeous colours and loving the die-cuts and also the die-cut sentiments, I need to buy those.
We have had terrible rain and terrible hail today, yucky yucky. Roll on Summer !!
