Its those Blooming Stamped Roses again

Hello Blog friends, followers and any passers by.  Welcome, I do hope you are all well and enjoying the beautiful sunshine we are having today.  Washing out, bathrooms done, floors vacuumed, places the sun showed up the dust were dusted but they just about the same again.. My that sun shows up some real whoppers!!! especially those windows.  Oh! well that`s for another day.  I am off to do some crafting.  I am getting the kits ready for my Tuesday Craft Class.  We will be making .....boxes on Tuesday that should be fun!!!
I have been playing with those Stippled Blossom Stamps from StampinUp again.
Here is my card for today:-

Brown base card approx 5 x 7
Cream card embossed with a Sue Wilson folder
Brown & cream layers
I spritzed and splattered  a piece of card then used my all time favourite Stamp Set
Stippled Blossom Stamp Set from SampinUp
Not happy with the bow but I stuck it on using my Hot Glue Gun so it will have to stay there
SB Butterfly which I rubbed over with Gold Gilding Wax
Button and pearls from my box

That`s it for today folks
Thank you so much for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time ...... which could be a few days.    I have so many cards in stock that I have decided to slow down on the card making.   I have filled my cabinet at the Tearoom,  taken a load of cards along to the Old Folks Home, given a huge bag of bits to the school.  I am going to get on with some crocheting in the next few weeks.  I have been asked to make some shawl/scarves the same as I made for Christmas Gifts.
I will still be checking up on you all guys every day to see what you are doing
Hugs

  5. Thank you Patricia for sharing your sunshine with us down here I too have got the washing out and the windows all open to get rid of the germs that are daring to linger!
I too love these stamps but have not been able to play with them as much as I would have liked, your card today is fabulous.
Please do share your crocheting projects with us.
I have just been watching Sue Wilson and she was showing some little bags her friend had made using a die to decorate the edge, first thing I thought I will bet Patricia will be giving this idea a go, am I correct?
Take care and enjoy the sunshine, the dust will be there for another day don't worry!
    With big hugs

  7. Another lovely card with your rose stamp Patricia. We have some sunshine too so I am not looking at my windows ... lol! Much too cold to be out cleaning windows! Like you I am busy with things other than card making, which is a nice change. Went to the Rag Market in Birmingham the other day with my friend but was pretty disappointed. Far fewer fabric stalls than there used to be. Shame. Hugs Christine xx

  8. Hi Patricia, Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, your background is fabulous and the gorgeous, gorgeous stamps make this a stunning card.
Can I ask - do you stamp the first stamp with a lighter colour and then overstamp with the top stamp with a darker colour ? or vice versa ? the effect is always stunning.
We have had hailstones for the majority of the day today, and it is absolutely freezing !!
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  26. Hi Patricia, gorgeous card, this Rose stamp is certainly beautiful. I love the bow on the card but probably would have used a darker colour to match the card rather than White but it is a gorgeous bow.

Happy crafting hope all goes well on Tuesday.

  31. Morning Patricia or is it afternoon now? Wonderful card you have made. Thanks for showing us. You were saying about all the cards in your box. I had a lot of cards in my box but since breaking my wrist I have been using them and have nearly emptied the box. Will have to start again when I can use the wrist again. I shall be waiting with anticipation for the postman to bring my prize from Sue Wilson. Exciting. Enjoy your crocheting. Something I haven't been able to master. Need to go to some classes I think. Enjoy the rest of your day. Started off lovely and sunny here but it is now very overcast.
