"Oldie for Friday"

Hello everyone, hope all is well and you are looking forward to the weekend.
Thank you for popping into visit today.  You are all very welcome, I do hope you like what you see and pop back to see me again sometime soon.
Today is Oldie for Friday started by Erika over at http://snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk/
It is just a bit of fun to share some of the work we have done in the past.  Anything you have created and wish to share is what we are looking for.  I certainly does not have to be a card.
Here is mine:-

A wicker heart picked up for £1 in Primark this time last year.  I actually bought loads, we did this as project at the Card Class
Flowers in Spring Colours using Lidl Card
SB Rose Creation Die.  Marianne Daisy Die. SB Foliage are a few of the Dies I can see I have used
Some Organza Ribbon I get from Mieflower

I mentioned Lidl card on a previous post, a few of you have said you have looked in the store.  They only have the card occasionally, I do think coming up to Easter they might just have it in again soon.  If you see it don`t hesitate it is great card to work with and so reasonably priced

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time

Hugs

  1. This is beautiful Patricia, I agree the Lidls card is fabulous and so cheap, I always look to see if they have any when I am in there. Nice range of colours too.

    Love & hugs

  6. Morning Patricia, Beautiful, love it !! I remember you posting about your 'finds' last year, I had already paid £5.99 for one at Hobbycraft for altering for my next door neighbour when she was in hospital having tumour surgery, she loved it and she now has it hanging in her conservatory.
I missed your post yesterday, but I have just seen those fabulous 'peonies' they are stunning.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  7. Lovely heart, and would be displayed longer than a valentines card too.
Like you a big fan of Lidl card stock. We will al need to watch out for it's next appearance and put out an early warning sign.

  10. What a lovely idea Patricia I love it, I am keeping a check on Lidl's web site for this much sought after card as they like Aldi have their special offers on their web site as we don't have a store near by although it is rumoured in the town that one will be coming, so we shall see.

  18. Love what you have shown us today and yesterday. Very cold here and has been windy and wet. Had to go out today and was a bit nervous about falling over. Anyway back in one piece. Wrist aching now but not as bad as it has been. Hope you enjoyed having your grandsons. Don't know what I would do without my grandchildren.

  25. Hi Patricia
Yes, I'm sure I remember this lovely creation.
And yes, the Lidl card is great, as is the paper.
I echo what Margaret said, in that I check the website each week as it tells you the offers for the week ahead, which includes the card.
    Have a great weekend.

  28. Hi Patricia,
I'm a bit late! That's putting it mildly! Ive been out of action with a migraine so trying to catch up. I love your heart and this would make a super gift for anyone but maybe someone in hospital to which you can't take real flowers. It's lovely! Thank you.
    Love Myra x
