"Oldie for Friday"

Hello Blog friends, followers and passers by.  Thank you for calling, I do hope you like what you see and call again soon.  I love to have you visit, if you have a Blog and leave a comment I can click on, get to your Blog to see what you get up to.  If not I thank you for taking the time to leave a comment.
It`s Friday "again" where Oh! where are all these weeks disappearing to???
Oldie for Friday is just a bit of fun started by Erika over at:-http://snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk/
We would like to see some of your older creations.  It does not have to be cards, anything that you have made in the past and would like to share, pop it on your Blog, we can then have a wee look.
How about some beautiful photographs you have taken, they would be great to see as well.
OK! here is mine for this Friday:-

A box frame from IKEA
Roses made using a Sizzix Susan!s Garden Rose Die Set
Butterfly cut from a SB Background Die
Teeny Tiny Ladybird all the way from an Aladdin`s Cave of a Craft Shop Hazel & I found in a back street in Fethyie Turkey.  We both bought loads of stuff in that shop.  We spent a good couple of hours rooting round in boxes it was great fun.  We intend to get back there this year, hope the shop is still there  ....  being Turkey it could be long gone!!!

The Box frame was a gift for a friend for her Birthday

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time
Hugs

  1. Oh Big Sis, didn't we have fun in that shop, good job we had to stop and think of the weight of our bags for going home or we would have bought loads more, then again how much bits had we bought before we found that wee shop??? I loved what you did with this frame at the time. A great "oldie". I will have to see what I can put up today.
So nice to see the sun shining again this morning. Chat later Hazel xxx

I love that frame, and your roses are excellent as usual.
The colour of them is so very pretty.
Just wish we had an Ikea near us as they do some wonderful bits and bobs.
As for your lady bird I have a few of them to adorning pictures around the house, so snap great minds and all that.

  11. I love to see your beautiful handmade flowers Patricia and they look amazing in this box frame. Speaking of boxes, I'm afraid I am rather lazy and bought a template for my slip cover box. It came from a rather fab website mytimemadeeasy.com. They are really reasonable and you can order in pdf format to print off and make a template, like I did. She has all sorts if fab boxes and shapes xx

  27. Wowzers Patricia! It's as if you handpicked those roses! I can nearly smell them ;-) They look so so real, but then again knowing you and what you can do with paper I shouldn't have been so surprised, lol! Gorgeous flowers! Hugs, Ira xox
