"Way different for Me!!!"

Hello Blog friends, followers and all who just call by out of curiosity.  Welcome to my Blog, hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend.
Rather miserable here today, I am so glad I did all the washing yesterday.  Got it all dried, ironed and put away.  I love when I get the bedding all done and back in the cupboard, every time you open the door there is that wonderful "fresh air" smell.  No matter how they try I really doubt if they could ever capture it.
Robert (8) off playing football, Thomas (10) decided rather than go watch in the rain coming here was the better option.  Dad is part of the Management Team so has to be there.  Mum (midwife) working day shift.  Thomas made the right choice, he`s like me does not like wet miserable days.
Thomas and his Grandpa love to be together doing things.  Building a model of an American Steam Engine at the moment.  I just supply the drinks and eats.  Soon it will be time to organise lunch for "everyone" John Jnr and Robert coming here later.
I have been playing with something very different for me.  I am not a stamper but really admire what some people can achieve.  I got a link for Stampscapes Stamps:-  http://www.stampscapes.co.uk/  from my friend Rita:-  http://rmgcreations.blogspot.co.uk/  I just had to have a go.
Here are my first attempts:-

Still have a lot to learn but I really enjoyed playing with these stamps.  I am waiting for another set coming.
Made a few more of these cards.   Packed them into 3s they are destined for the Raffle Table at a School Concert next Friday.  I also included packs of my Rose Stamped Cards.  Something for both Ladies & Gents
I love to dabble rather than just making cards.  My first love is just Playing with Paper and card.
Right folks better go rattle those pots and pans.

Thank you for your visit I really appreciate that you take time to call and leave all your lovely messages.
Till next time
Hugs

Patricia xxx

  18. Hi Patrica. Really like these cards today. I bought some of these stamps years ago and haven't used them for a long time. Think it's time I got them out again. I am sure you will be successful making Izzy's bags and look forward to seeing them. I couldn't see anywhere what weight card to use. Will have to read all the instructions again.

  27. WOW Patricia, FIRST time you've dabbled ? NO WAY ! Im no artist or seasoned crafter but my eyes are seeing amazing beautiful stunning works of art. If Id done anything like this id be so proud of what id acheived, there is no way under this sun I could do anything like this. Any chance of a low down on how you went about doind these gorgeous cards. I see one of Phills sentiment stamp sets, but did you stamp first then ink or vise versa ? Sorry if you find this a bit (or lot) of a stupid question !! Must go have another look lol. They are just so stunning.

  33. Oh my goodness, this is a lovely look with these stampscapes. This is one of the 1st things I got into when I started to stamp, and I need to remember to use these stamps more often. You've created a very serene scene with these, and I love the soft mellow colors you selected for the peaceful scene. WTGo. TFS
