"HELLO! and a very simple Baby Card"

A BIG Hello!! to all my Blog friends, followers and any passers by.   A few weeks ago I learnt how to Schedule Posts which I did while I have been on Holiday for the past 3 weeks.  I am back but unfortunately my Mojo did not make the return journey with me!!!!   I think it has gone looking for the brilliant, hot sunshine we should have got.  We were in Turkey, we flew to Dalaman and made our way up to Fethyie where we stayed for a week and went exploring and caught up with a few old friends.  Not "old " in age .... just from the past.  Weather was OK a few bursts of heavy rain which came overnight thank goodness.  Days were nice and even managed a fair amount of swimming.  We then took off and went to Dalyan.  We lived there from the beginning of May till end October for 7 years.  Again we spent lots of time catching up with friends.  We were not so lucky with the weather there, rain at some point most days,   Unfortunately it came during the day and was Monsoon Style. I just hope the rain is finished by the time Hazel & I get there in September for our annual week together. We catch up with friends, thankfully not as many as when I  am with John.
My friend Oriel in N.Ireland phoned last night to tell us their son and his wife had a baby girl.  That`s two new Granddaughters in 4 weeks.  All well even though the baby is 3 weeks early.
Because my Mojo has well and truly deserted me my card is very simple:-

Base card approx 4 x 6
Pink card stock
White card stock
Image printed from JS Baby Love CD
Phil Martin Stamp
I did say it was simple.................!!!

That`s me for todayI did try to keep up with you all while I was away ..... modern technology is a wonderful thing!!!
Thank you for your continued support and all your visits.
Till next time
Hugs

  11. Hi Patricia,
You might have lost your mojo but your baby girl card is just as lovely without it. I suspect it's in hiding, waiting until your lovely sister gets back, a good chat with her and it will put in an appearance.
    Love and hugs

Morning Patricia and welcome home - such a shame about the weather but hopefully it didn't spoil your break xx the OH and our son are going to Turkey next Saturday for two weeks - they are doing a historical/archalogical tour as they both have the same interests so I will be home alone - the longest we will have ever been apart!! Hopefully lots of crafting and hopefully your mojo will return soon xx your card may be simple but it nevertheless still beautiful xx enjoy what is left of the weekend xx GailT xx

Just sneaking in quickly between getting home from work and the Canadian GP lol!
Sorry your hols were a bit soggy but hopefully seeing chums made up for it.
Your card is lovely. We don't always have to have whistles and bells and I'm sure Mojo is just having a little holiday.

  26. That's such a pretty new baby card Patricia, I'm a great fan of clean and simple myself.

Sounds like you had a great time in Turkey, I'm currently having just over four lovely weeks in Spain, like you visiting 'old' friends and having a lovely relaxed time. We have brought our 'baby' Tilly with us, so the family is complete - normally when we are away we miss her so much and start wanting to come home before the holiday is over. We recently installed wifi and it is so wonderful not to have to visit a local bar to catch up with emails etc.

    Hugs
