"Oldie for Friday"

Hello Blog friends, followers and any passers by.  Welcome to the Blog of a very BAD Blogger.  Sorry about being missing so much ....  summer has come to Perthshire, North East Scotland.   We don`t get lots of hot sunny days.  When they do come you have to take full advantage.  This week has been brilliant, hot and sunny, lots done in the garden.  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner all eaten outside.  Washing done, dried and ironed, sometimes all in the one day and sometimes all done before Lunch Time!!!
Today is "Oldie for Friday" stated by Erika over at Snappycrafts.  It`s fun, does not have to be cards.  Anything you have made in the past, find it and let us all see it.  I have not been very productive in the Crafty sense this week,  this is a way of creating a Post with something you have already made.
Here is mine:-

A very easy card, this was a Man Card.  Use more "girly" colours and you  will have a "pretty" card
Base card approx 6 x 6
Craft Card
Papers printed from Perfect Papercrafting Companions CD.  A simple CD that gives you positive and negatives of the same papers which is really good.
Some Ribbon & Buttons and of course a stamp .....  easy peasy!!!

When I had finished helping John yesterday I managed to make 6 Pendants.  I will show you those during the week.  Better go photograph them before I forget.

That`s it for today folks.  I hope you all have a fantastic weekend and the sun shines for you.
Thank you so much for sticking by me and always calling in.  I really appreciate it
Till next time
Hugs

  1. Your right big sis, done in different colours this would make a great female card too. It might be an oldie, but it's a goodie. Hazel xxx

  2. Morning Patricia, So glad you are catching some sunshine and enjoying it, I know that I certainly am, we don't get enough in this country so we need to take full advantage. I have also been doing lots of gardening, and isn't it great when you have finished and stand back and look at all your efforts, albeit my back is always complaining, oh the joys of getting old hahaha.
I'm loving your card, ideal for a male card, and also could be changed up for a girlie. I'm also loving the CD where you got your papers from, fabulous.
    Enjoy your weekend.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  9. Hello Patricia,
Love the card. You say easy card, I say very clever to do vice-versa papers and ideal for a man as it's not too fussy. And, of course, it can be easily adapted with more frou, frou for the ladies!!
The weather is fabulous, taking the girls to the park after school.

  10. Perfect for a man! I struggle with cards for men and always want to add a flower and a bow and maybe just a touch of lace. This is lovely!

  11. Great card Patricia the dots looks cool...
Also it has been brought to my attention that my old email address, annieforeva, which I had to close down 12mths ago as it was hacked into, is being circulated to my friends from when I Had my old blog, memories to keep. You need to go to richkids.me and check if yours is there as well as according to google and gmail they sell our emails and blog address to spammers....I have seen several there that are my followers..

  13. This is gorgeous Patricia, very elegant! Don't apologise for enjoying the sun and not blogging. Much as I love it here and visiting you all, I finally realised not to worry if I miss, there's so much going on outside the craft room! Hugs and have a great weekend, Carole Z X

  14. Wow Patricia yet another fabulous card from you and no mistake a great man's card that can prove so difficult so thank you once again for your wonderful inspiration. As far as I am concerned there is no need to feel bad about posting/blogging we get so little good weather so you go right ahead and enjoy all the warmth while it is here.

  15. Hi Patricia and thank you for joining me this Friday sharing an oldie project. Love your man card, great colour combo with the kraft, black and white. It sounds like you have taken full advantage of this nice weather. I have to say our garden hasn't looked so good for a long time but still lots of weeding to do.

Have a super weekend, hugs Erika. x
