"Oldie for Friday"

Hello Blog friends followers and anyone who accidentally pressed a button that landed them here .  You are all very welcome, please stay a while if you can.
It`s Friday again, they come round so quickly.  Today I am joining Erika over at http://snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk/   Erika started this idea some time ago.
Oldie for Friday is when we share cards, or any Crafty project we have done in the past. Have a rummage in your files I am sure there is something you could share, it`s just for fun.
Here is my offering for today:-

DL card ... do you remember when this size was very popular???.
Backing paper was probably from the Bit Box.  Two SB Corner Die Cuts which look like they have been embossed with Gold Powder.
Rose made using SB Blossom Five Die.  SB Foliage Die for the leaves
Lace from my box with some Organza ribbon threaded through.
That`s it for today
Thank you for calling by I really appreciate it.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
Till next time
Patricia xxx

  10. Lovely Oldie card! The flower was a real beauty. A great idea looking at past creations. I found one of my original cards and, oh, did it make me cringe. It went straight in the bin! Debra x

  13. Hi Patricia,
    fab Oldie today.
Love the fab design, and your wonderful rose too.
I must not have been around when you first posted this so I am soooooo! glad you brought this one back today.
Yes you are right we don't make this size card much now, but I think it is starting to re-apear especially on C&C.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  14. HI Patricia,
I love this this card, it is decorated beautifully, and I have a confession to make. This is one of my favourite size cards, but I don't use it much now as people think I am being mean not to do a large card. Personally, I think it is very elegant.

  16. Hi Patricia
Smashing oldie. Love the threading of the ribbon through the lace.
I suppose its because I can send an A5 for the same price through the post, I always go for the bigger size.
    Have a great weekend.

  21. Hi Patricia,
I'm kind of plating catch up! Sorry about that.
I love your card and I have just ordered some DL cards to make Christmas cards that are easy to post! Going to use Sue' s Wise Men Striplet and Poinsettia Striplet. I used to use them a lot but then couldn't find them anywhere but they seem to be making a comeback!
