"Its Water Colouring Again"

Hello Blog friends, I am so sorry you were bombarded with 2 post on the one day.  Thank you for your patience and all your comments.
Another quick post, using the Brusho`s as water colours.  I am no artist but Hey! Ho! I like to try new things now and again.
It is only time and some paper, if I make a mess so what it helps fill the recycle bin!!!!
Here we go:-

The bottom one is not good but I just had to let you see my "FooPaa" now I know that`s not how you spell it but my personal "spellchecker" is out.   Oooooo!!!! I have just remembered its Faux Pas ... John has not returned to keep me right honest.
I did all the painting and was tidying away the little pots of paint when I dropped the "red" and some found its way to my piece of work. (The paints are little pots of powder)   John said it was OK and looked like Poppies so I just went with that.
Guess what??? I used it as his Birthday Card ha! ha!

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I enjoy when you pop by.
Till next time
Hugs

  11. Love both of these. Patricia. Really must get my Brusho's out. I have been experimenting with my Tim Holtz's Distress crayons. Quite pleased with the first attempt now I have layered it up and made a card. Your poppies do not look like a mistake. Look as if they were meant to be there.

  15. Patricia, these are fabulous. I only hope that I make something half as good when mine come. Everyone is quite right, the red does look like poppies, and not out of place.
Love the idea that you gave John it as his birthday card.

  16. Well you might not be a watercolourer (is that even a word!) but I think you've taken to it like a duck to water. I love both your pictures and the poppies are a touch of genius.

  18. I'm not seeing a FooPaw or a Faux Pas either! I saw 2 really pretty cards, and of course the little dropped red is poppies! What else? You're doing so marvelously with the Brushos - makes me very happy to see how you're taking to this product. Both of the scenes are just so amazingly pretty. (all I can do is make background! You can paint scenes on YOURS!) TFS & Hugs
