Using more Scraps

Hello Blog friends followers and anyone who just landed here.  You are all welcome in my little corner of Blogland.
I did a card on Wednesday showing just a square of card that was left after a project.  Yesterday I did Oldie for Friday showing a box that was made using "bits" of card.  I love to challenge myself trying to use up "bits" if I don`t have anything in particular to make.   When I finish a project I cut all ragged edges off the left overs before putting them to one side to use there and then or in the Bit Box.  The only thing is, if I put them in the Bit Box I tend to forget about them.
Here are a couple of cards made from "left over bits"

The bigger card is 5x5
Lilac card from Papermill Direct
Piece of the Vintage Rose Card from "The Works"
Presscut Happy Birthday Die
Smaller card is not quite 4x4 it was also a leftover bit
Piece of the card, I decoupaged the rose from other bits.
For You sentiment from I think is Crafters Companion

You get two sheets of each design in the 12x12 pad from The Works.
I have used both of the above design.   Looks like I will have to order another Pad, I just LOVE that design.

That`s it for today
Thank you for calling in I really appreciate it
Have a Great weekend
Till next time
Hugs

Oldie for Friday

Hello Blog friends and followers Oh! My! Word! it`s Friday again!!!  Where has the week gone???  The Time Thief has been on the prowl again I think.
I have been doing some clearing out of Crafty Stuff ...Oh! Man! where did it all come from.  I shut the door on it and I an convinced it "Breeds" in the darkness!!!
I keep saying I don`t need any more "stuff" then I start making things and I run out of something.  Why is it always something I don`t have a lot of rather than from that stack that is so big I don`t think I will get though 10% of it in the next year ... Sods Law I suppose!!!
Anyway its time for an Oldie for Friday started by Erika over at:- http://snappycrafts.blogspot.co.uk/
Anything Crafty you have made in the past is what is required.  It does not have to be cards, go on have a rummage in those files.  Its a good way to put up a post if you have run out of things.
Here is mine for today:-

A little box I don`t even remember the size looks like it could be 3x3 or 4x4
It has been made from Snippets of card
A few SB Butterflies, Roses and some Ribbon.

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit
Till next time
Hugs

A little Square of Card

Hello Blog friends, followers and any poppers by.  You are all very welcome to my little corner of Blogland.  Thank you for leaving all your wonderful comments, it makes Blogging worthwhile really.
Been busy here at the Ranch these past few day.  Nothing exciting just "things" the boys were off from Thursday last week till yesterday for Half Term.  We did not go away, the weather although sunny has been so cold.  We all thought we would be better in our own beds come night time. Boys plus parents have been here quite a few times.  Meals and snacks served at such odd times, as long as everyone is happy that`s all that matters.
I sent for a couple of Pads of Card ... 250gms from "The Works"  If you have one of their shops near you it is well worth a visit.  We are so Rural I actually "sent" for some this time.  Our nearest is Perth 22 miles away.  There and back is a gallon of petrol, on line it is delivered to the door for less than the price of said petrol.  The pads are 12x12 and cost £4.00 in the stores on line they were offering 2 for £7.00.  I ordered 2 ... one for me and one for Hazel.
I have made a few cards using the card.  Here is one I made using a small left over square of the card.

Base card approx 6x6
Lilac card from Papermill Direct
White card from Papermill Direct I  ran it though a Roses embossing folder
Square frame cut using a Tonic Die Set
Small scrap of The Works Vintage Roses Card from the Pad
Sentiment from Creative Expressions Stamp Set

That`s it for today
Thank you for your visit I really appreciate it
Till next time
